i hate the fact that people think going 55 is the only way to have a strong character their are plenty of other ways to make your character stronger than reducing his health!!!

Symbol of Wrath is pretty useless as they swap with mobs of 3 in HM

I am aware of that (and indeed that was the case in NM before the introduction of HM but after NF came out), however the knockdown as a result of SoJ means they stay in a fair bit longer than they would otherwise, and it often means that they're spiked down quicker, lowering the number of people attacking, so that effect becomes less of a problem.

how do you keep your energy up i'm a monk (not a 55 monk) but i keep having energy problems
