Sonic Colo(u)rs Wallpaper WMP visualization Alpha 0.1

When I saw GeneHF's comment here: http://www.sonicretro.org/2010/10/exclusive-new-sonic-colours-wallpaper/ i just couldn't resist :P

This is an Alpha version. Needs to be added:

- Ability to resize (little marshalling problem preventing me from doing this)
- Fullscreen support
- Drifting background logo, glowing with beat

All art done by SEGA (at least I think so, if not tell me), code written by me.
Music is Hydrocity Zone Act 1 from Sonic 3, just to stay in theme. (also by SEGA)
