Go to EBay & do a search for "V Star 1100 exhaust modification" - That's the guy that does the exhaust mods that were done on my bike.

Sounds a lot better than stock. Did the same to my vstar 1100 just long enough to buy Some Hard Krome Double D's. Now it sounds even better than gutted stock pipes. To all that are thinking of doing this mod. Make sure to by pass the AIS system. Or you will get a lot of backfire.

hey did the took the cone off and the metal part around the cone is that what they did the took the hole thing out

I am guessing that is with the rear baffles removed to get rid of the tin sound. Jim

damn that sounds great!!! Its amazing that yamaha puts out such poor sounding stock exhaust for their bikes....great mods!
