Stray dogs roam the streets of Pune, India along with water buffalo, goats, pigs, and other animals. They are free to roam around the city and our taxi driver told us the governement acutally pays people to take care of them.

  • @whycantipost

    respect life asshole.

  • @jollyjane08 Well since we have the Euro over here and not the $ I can hardly spent $ dollars right.

And you didn't answer my question.

  • @inotaishu1 At least I am someone who has done and continues to do something about others..including humans. I don't think you have ever so much as spent $ 1 of yours on anything other than your own pleasure.

  • @jollyjane08 And most wolves die at puppyhood and never get old as well, do you also go out and save them?

  • Better than being molded by fashion and people with no respect for dogs and justify their atrocities with breed standards or sometimes even say it was mother nature.

  • @whycantipost Do you Yanks eat your pooches?

  • Eat them! Seriously. There are children in India who survive on one (or less) meal per day. The best idea is to manage them like cattle. Control, nourish and use. Is it a taboo there? Does dog taste bad or something LOL? I don't mean to shock but it just doesn't bother me. Different people and places have different protein sources, so what?

  • what happend

  • Its not true. Please read my comment further

  • we DO need to save them. Everyday hundreds of strays get run over by vehicles -maimed for life, some die a lingering death on the roads. Some of these dogs die out of starvation.

Th government of India neuters them only in big cities where Volunteer organizations like CUPA, PFA, BCH hav3e tied up with them. At other places, most stray pups never reach adulthood. They just die of hunger.
