This is another of my favourite songs from the 70's when every singer covered every other singer's songs. Huang Xiao Jun was still in school when she started her recording career. 谁是知音人? 黄晓君

  • Wide, wide is the Ocean and High, high are the mountains, the search would turn out to be in vain.

  • Yeah! The bottom line is: He will find us wherever we go! Psalm 139 7 Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? 8 If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. 9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, 10 even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.

  • How true!

  • Yeah! Someone from USA was in Asia recently, but we haven't got to meet yet! Praise God for taking care of us all!

  • I like it!!!

  • You are right Cannan. Imagine how strange a concept that was to me as an American in my early 30s when I started learnig Chinese. Nice thing is all the different interpetaions of the same songs. Almost all hinting at an innocence the world has lost. Teresa Teng, Tsai Chin the ones who will be long remembered frequently covered eachother.
