I was a teeager in the 60"s and Lesley's signature flip hairdo(as many of the girls from that period of time had) was and still is my very favorite hairdo of all time.Only the "beehive" comes close..........

Great version! I think Quincy Jones was the arranger of this for Lesley

Yeah, Ms. Gore does a great job on this classic. Give a listen to Cass Elliot's absolutely gorgeous version, arranged by the great jazz giant Benny Golson for another take on this one of a kind song.

HER SEXY VOICE JUST CAUSES ME TO MELT WOW WHAT A VOICE!

wow -- what a sexy voice!

This is simply gorgeous. What a voice Lesley had! And Ohhh, I had such a crush--I mean, a real heart rending crush on her. Had I heard this--I'd have been in sheer music heaven. Lesley, Graci Graci for all you gave us--& yes, for being so incredibly cute. At 64 y/o, my looks are gone, but not the memories. They are Forever. Wolfsky9.

Heavens to Murgatroid! What an amazingly enjoyable jazzy/bluesy version of the classic 50's hit. Up until now, I'd only heard this song done by the late great Tommy Edwards. Lesley Gore is talented to the MAX! If she were any more cool, she'd be frozen! THANK YOU for posting this! What a joy to listen to today for the first time...you have MADE my day & my week! :)

a nice version of a favourite, very relaxing.

Lesley do more of this kind of soft jazz. You could be a torch singer.

OMG!!! Another fabulous Jazz number!! I don't understand why Mercury didn't let her release this style of music too. I guess they wanted to keep her as "Teen Idol"? Connie Francis was "Teen Idol", but still did Many other styles too.
