A girlfriend of a gang member is found dead from a bullet behind a dumpster. With a minimal amount of evidence and a difficult judge, it becomes difficult for the District Attorney to convince the jury that the murderer was the victim's boyfriend.

grrhhhh...this judge is a poor example for all Judges that do their jobs well. He needs to retire with that 'don't care attitude' and go tend to his rose garden - perhaps it may just be tolerated there. geeezus............no wonder the legal/court systems screwed up & innocent people end up in jail!
