I'm 45yr old man that enjoys staying fit. Sometime I have to work long hours at work. When I come, I try not to miss my work out and these videos by ripped man really help me stay on track.

Hey guys. Big fan. I recently found out that George St-Pierre, a UFC fighter is my height, weight and lives in my province. If he can compete in the UFC with these dimensions, there's no reason why I can't. I check your guy's sites all the time and it rly helps with my weight loss and training. Sam hinted toward optimizing your body's testosterone being in the book. I'm so curious as to what's in it. Thanks,
