Anyways, can U use it only for X-BOX or for PC too? (its X-box New Architecture - so i think its for xbox, i dont know)

you can use it for either. a subset of XNA works on XBox and Zune, as the PC is more powerful there are a few more capabilities if you develop for the PC. also there are better ways of programming for hte PC if raw power is what you demand cos XNA uses DirectX 9.0. PC game developers have access to DX10 and DX11 as well.

and that's not what XNA stands for. It is a GNU-ishly recursive acronym.
XNA = "XNA is Not Acronymed!

its a wrapper around DX9, so yes
... a lot of commercial games are DX9
i suppose there will be newer versions with DX10/11 support in time.
