The tropics we'll visit begin with the Bahamas, the nearest Caribbean Islands to the United States. Vicariously experience the lifestyle rich in nature and beauty while living by bartering with locals at portside destinations. Learn along the way Lori's passion for eating a primal, raw diet and connecting, and sharing meals with the local people upholding indigenous traditions of hunting, fishing, harvesting and gathering. Learn break-through living skills along the way with Captain Luck as he navigates and sails the waterways discovering spectacular hidden resources and unknown truths. Share the twists, dramas, laughter and luck it takes to sustain, survive and thrive living aboard and connecting with communities at each port.

In the spirit of adventure and creative entrepreneurship, Captain Luck and Lori Love will strive to meet their travel needs by exchanging sailboat rides, massage, fresh fish, and miscellaneous surprises. They know sailing and in Loris case living off the land in sustainable cultures as a raw food chef, tour guide and expert on the Big Island of Hawaii. They made a conscious decision to get off the grid and live a lifestyle of freedom, health and connection with the earth rather than just walking and driving on it to get some task accomplished.
