HI, this doesn't work for me! I have the problem despite the dictionary being checked. I have unchecked and checked again and it has made no difference. Please help!
@aaroncurtisroberts1 undoing then redoing is always good; but I doubt it'd change much. I've had the same problem as you, 2 methods below have worked for me historically
2 routes open to you after this; both suck
1) delete the custom dictionary (it may have become corrupted - absolute pain as you have to reteach it everything)
2) uninstall then reinstall office. Guaranteed to work - but again a massive hastle.
