Ulduar (10) - Kologarn (Widescreen HD) (May 13th, 2009)

Ulduar 10 man raid on May 13th, 2009. Filmed from perspective of a survival spec hunter. One main tank targets Kologarn and tanks him at the torso position. Melee DPS work on the torso position as well. Ranged DPS work on the Right Arm, which is on your left (make sure everybody is clear on what is right and what is left). The right arm is like the heart in the Deconstructor fight. It takes damage easily but it deals large damage to Kologarn in return. Completing one arm will do about 20% of the total damage to him, so you'll probably do a few arms over the course of the fight. When an arm is done, work on the torso. When the arm grows back, get back on the arm. Kologarn will randomly grab people and squeeze them, so they'll need heals during this part. Having a hunter put up Aspect of The Wild (nature resist) can help considerably. Kologarn will blast lasers from his eyes at the raid. Run away from the lasers - they're not too hard to dodge if you see them quick. Don't run the lasers through the rest of the raid. We've got everybody on the left side of the room (pretty much) so that there's lots of room to run away and draw laser fire from the raid. Little rock elemental adds will spawn as well. The off tank will have to pick them up, as they like to go on healers. The adds are pretty simple and can even be DPSed fairly easily. Once Kologarn is down, you can cross over him to final end of the antechamber. Please excuse any spazzing on our part - this is our first time downing this boss. Some visible add-ons/mods to the interface are Deadly Boss Mods, Recount, Rating Buster, Omen Threat Meter, Quartz, Sexymap, BuffBuddyBC, ViperNotify, Wintertime, and Lock 'n' Load. The audio comes from a Ventrilo chat server.

Obviously I suck. I mean I one shotted Auriaya on the first try, but I obviously have no idea what I'm doing. I guess I have no right to be in end game content.

If you didn't know, hunters do not do as much damage done versus other classes say a rogue due to the different boss mechanics esp in Ulduar. Hunters are ranked in the middle or towards the end or the tier of DPS classes
