BNP Leaflets Blaming Muslims Excused by Legal Loopholes

Legal loopholes mean some of the BNP's most provocative leaflets remain unchallenged by Britain's incitement to racial hatred laws despite obvious intent to 'stir up racial hatred'. This is partly because a leaflet pushed through a private letterbox no longer comes under the legal definition of 'distributing in public'.

Senior prosecutors are calling for race hate laws to be strengthened to counter the threat posed by the fascist BNP.

The Commission for Equality and Human Rights has given the BNP 30 days to change their constitution and 'indigenous Caucasian' membership criteria or face legal action.

I'm with Gary on this. Islamic faith and British culture are simply incompatible. There are 2nd even 3rd generation British citizens of indian origin living in this country and they still refuse to integrate into society forming their exclusive 'ethnic bubbles'.

Nothing insults me more than walking through a British town and seeing hindi roadsigns as is the case in Slough. If British history, language and culture insults these people so much they shouldnt be here simple as.

The video is about the demonisation of Muslims and your comment implies that you don't think Muslims are 'British'. You're forgetting that immigrants can become British citizens and if their children are born here, they're already British.

The drugs trade is alot more complicated than that. Growers are the small guys. There are far more influences involved. Besides, if those Muslims were following Islamic guidance, they wouldn't be involved in the drugs trade at all. It's alcohol that causes far more financial and social burdens on British society, and as you know, Islam prohibits alcohol.
