The prescribed workout called for 5 reps of Bodyweight Overhead Squats and 5 reps of Pullups using a 50lb. dumbbell for as many rounds in 20 minutes as possible. I weigh 155lbs. so I used 70kilos (154lbs.) on the OH squat and I scaled the pullups to a 40lb. dumbbell. Total rounds completed - 9
90 kg = 198.41 Lbs
70 kg = 154.32 Lbs

I didn't know 90 kg was 154 lbs. Thanks for clarifying. I always thought it was 198.
