    Wow...thanks for the details!

Here's an idea; sell me yours.

Just a thought. I'm not building a show bike. Condition isn't an issue.

    Thanks,

    Robert

I'm sure you looked at the 9th video above in my Library.....

One may build it for himself in order to diffrenciate himself from others out in the parking lot .... seems someone else just has to have....it ! Best of Luck !

You can use most any Cobra, Bassinni, Vance/Hines, header pipes of 1 1/2 diameter or 1 3/4, via internet you can purchase steel motorcycle exhaust Pipe Kit with many bend types, and sizes or bend pipe & weld up your own headers and 2 into 1 collectors, muffler diameters and types can be found on EBAY motorcycles

Thanks. But, specifically, which head pipe to collector make/model did YOU use?

You see, I can't find any info on the dimensions of the Thunderheader slip-ons; what is the size/dimensions of the "mating end" of the muffler itself. You said 1-1/2" or 1-3/4". Which is right? Does the muff slip into or over the collector? I'm awash in generalities and suppositions. I'm kinda needing some specifics before laying out cash on pieces to build this Frankenstein setup.

    Thanks again.

you will need 2.0 inch Cobra headers, 1 ea. 36 inch Thunderheader slip on mudffler and a (1 ea). 2 x 3 x 2 - 2 into 1 collector, tig weld collector onto the Thunderheader muffler , the collector cut 3-4 ea. 1 3/4 slits for pipe clamps to tighten down Fab a muffler mounting bracket from 2.5 inch wide @ 3/16 thick bar stock steel, bend it into a (off-set S) Purchase the muffler 1st...... design the rest between the header pipe and length of muffler to the rear fender....

The Thunderheader is a (( slip-on long)))) for a H D cruiser picked it up new / never used, on Ebay apparently sold in pairs...dealer had leftside muffler only the rightside was damaged buy it now price was $ 190.00 item shipped with heat shield and hardware. I cut off 6.0 in. and welded a 2 into 1 collector on Thunderheader muffler, If i choose i can remove Thunderheader muffler and collector and slipon my Cobra long straight pipes. for the different sound as seen in my 1 st video.

Which thunderheader exhaust did you use? Probably the most amazing sounding R* I've heard...

Dealer has never touched or will ever touch my ride, or for that fact any other bike I previously owned, I perform all tuning, all mechanical installations ie. inside engine or outside for peak performance and reliability... I depend on my ability and leave nothing to chance. Ride Hard.... and Die Free !
