Tyropita are delicious Greek pastries made with feta or ricotta cheese (or a combination of both) wrapped in layers of buttered phyllo. Tyropita are great as a snack or as a side dish for lunch or dinner, although in Greece they are usually eaten as a breakfast food. I just got done making these for a party I'm attending. I've loved these for years and go to Greek festivals just to have them. I was so amazed at how easy they were to make. I followed Eva's directions and they came out fantastic!!!! I was sooooo happy. :) I will be making these again for sure! Thanks for taking the time to share the steps on how to make them. Much appreciated.
