We have friends who are living "off the grid" over in AZ who were arrested for taking a bucket of water out of the Colorado. BLM watches Lake Mead and the Colorado using satellites and followed our friends movements, tracking them home. Their water storage gear was taken, both jailed and fined. The problem with Southern Nevada water is the misuse by the Gaming cartels but that will never be challenged because it is her life line. Without he gaming buddys she would be a nothing, just so much Nevada dust!
