This was a Deracho. Not a tornado. Tornadoes take a direct patch over a much smaller area. This storm covered a large area with rotation like a hurricane. The radar showed some amazeing images much like a cat 2 hurricane moveing through fast. First comes the line of storms. Then comes the back end with this storm. Search illinois hurricane under youtube and you call see the rotation on the radar. This was a very large scale rare event.
