Not the best controlling I've done, but it was decent. I control at IAD frequently (either DEL or GND for now) on VATSIM, so messing around here might actually help. Also, I threw in a couple departures as well, just to make things interesting. In real life, the approach controller wouldn't see the departures on his screen. Just did it for shits and giggles.
I made a few mistakes on this one. One guy was going to HEF and I vectored him in for IAD, didn't notice it until he was going on final. And a ComAir guy pulled a 180 on me. I asked what heading he was on, he stated 118, so I told him to turn right heading 120 and apparently, he was already at 120 by that point. No idea.
