They just describe him as an effeminate boy and wanting to be an idol so he can be more masculine. He almost have the same predicament as Makoto and we know she isn't gay. The only time his orientation was questioned was with Hibiki. As far as I know, he probably is but, I wouldn't draw that conclusion based on him wearing a dress and his personality.

Expect the Dearly Stars three to make their return on the 3DS. BUT ITS TOO BAD THAT THE 3DS IS REGION LOCKED!!! Oh and that Nintendo plans to brick any 3ds's which use workaround methods (re flashcards).

still his voice is so light when he sing talk as girl which can match similar to a girl voice, but i dont think he start his male idol while he was playing as girl idol when the true reveal ?

I denied that he a cross-dresser, but just playing as a role as girl idol while holding his manliness to the world 1 day for sure. You can also say that his appearance can be mistake as a girl than a boy body.
