  • I noticed from the form that the rider sat in a farther to the back saddle position. I tend to ride in a extreme forward position, which comfortable for me, but I'm not sure if it's efficient.

  • @bearmare seats are designed for the sits bones to be on the seat in a specific place. riding the rivot or sitting forward is usually done during hard climbing efforts. riding on the soft tissue directly under you can cause damage to the nerves supplying your sex organs and in men cause ED and women delayed gratification. Get accuston to riding on your sits bones on the area of the seat that is just a little further back. talk to a bike shop & they will show you the sweet spot on your seat!

  • I like watching this video because of the cute blonde babe.

  • thank you for these great tips

  • @sawink This is surely universal as to get get the most out of your legs you have to set the saddle up so they are almost straight when the crank is at the bottom, so there is still the distance from the crank at the bottom the the ground. You just have to stand on your unclipped foot as you come into stop.

  • great video. Thanks much!

  • super informative. thanks guys!

  • @andysj531 thanks i saw that already, i didnt know this would be considered efficient. i usually dont bob up and down like that, plus it looks a bit awkward...i thought the tutorial was focused for trainer purposes as you cannot rock the bike from side to side which is probably more common on the roads...
