Powell Square is an infamous abandoned building just south of downtown St. Louis, MO. Covered in graffiti and up till recently home a number of St. Louis's homeless, the building is currently being rehabed into Artist studios and galleries.

  • So back in 2009 the Powell Square bldg was going to be rehabed into artist studio but that didn't happen. What is the future of this bldg now?
