Why do you keep the club above the ball? and moving your club back and forth does not help anything either if you want to learn proper put ur club head flat on the ground drag at on the ground as far back as possible

its a timing things and helps me get into the slot... takes hand eye coordination ... i play baseball... this is easy for me to do and makes me stay loose.. try it urself. dont worry about the  way u hit the ball but watch how much less tense you are when u can get in that motion while being relaxed. ive mastered being able to make solid contact that way. unless you can trust your hands then no matter how relaxed you are it wont work. .. i would say.for ME ... this adds 20-40 yards on my drive

so do u lose yardage with the xxx flex vs. just an x flex or not? i have x flex irons, but only a stiff flex driver (thanks nike) but i wanna get at least an x flex for my driver this off season. i'm gettin at least a 47 or 48in shaft for a few extra yards since i used to have a cubic balance easy air t 48in and it was the longest club i've ever hit still to this day. just wondering if x flex would be the better way to go with a longer shaft or not.

seriously its all about you. u really gotta try out clubs and test them to figure out ur right set up... for me i wasnt able to get around the thicker shafts like i could with the lighter ones...i used that xx club and swung 115-120mph but when i got a x stiff in my hands i began to get up to 125-135. my highest speed was 139 but only did that like 2 times..but it really made a difference for me. my iron play is different from my driving tho.. totally different swing. i only swing 50in drivers

the shaft came wit hthe club i got... but they go up to xxx...i normally only swing x-stiff ... but i thought i was manlier than i really was... oh well... but yea they usually depened on the maker but u can get some from 50-100 bucks
