The SEPECAT Jaguar is an Anglo-French ground attack aircraft still in service with several export customers, notably the Indian Air Force and the Royal Air Force of Oman. It was among the first major Anglo-French military aircraft programs. The aircraft served as one of the French Air Force's main strike/attack aircraft until July 1, 2005 (when it was replaced by Dassault Rafale) and with the Royal Air Force until the end of April 2007.

  • The Raf should have used these planes like the USAF use the A10

  • cool planes, i like how they can mount sidwinder missiles on top of the wings

  • @IKEELYOUNOW

French hopeless for what? The Jaguar is a old and undermotorized aircaft, use by frenchs near exlusive in Africa...the french jaguar was not equiped with night vision, this is the bigest difference with the british...

Dassault never need Britishs to built the Rafale (replace next at next ALL the older French combat aircrafts)

  • @TheFlyingPineapple i have found out why...i has a low pressure wheel so as it can land and take off from all types of terrain!!!

  • @maxxbad17 urh, might have something to do with the fact it was taking off from a grass field!

  • @IKEELYOUNOW The requirements were not the same. Originally only the French wanted a ground attack aircraft. The British originally wanted a supersonic trainer. With the Hawk able to meet all training requirements the British changed their order to a ground attack version similar to the French version. The French controlled the airframe design and the British the engine design. Major electronic components were sourced from the home country. With over 2000 Mirages built they don't do badly.

  • @IKEELYOUNOW ........^^ ok thank

  • @nikonblaze actually it was a joint operation(british did most of it too lol) french are pretty hopeless in the aircraft engineering field. sorta always have been.

  • why does it bounce like that

  • french plane HeHe!!^^
