I found your video's yesterday, I'm a lightworker and a Christian, I was brought up new age and now know the Bible better, the 144,000 are in the Bible as the pure of heart that accompany Jesus and are saved, I agree with you're hypothesis in this video, that this could very well be the turning point and our threshold for change, what a great concept to create! @venuecam - this is correct. It was actually an experiment that involved to populations of the species that were observed. One was taught the practice of washing the food they were eating, one was not. Subsequently once the 100th Monkey was assimilated among the population being taught, the second group, issolated from the first, began washing their food as well. The validity of the actual experiement has been brougtht into the question, but the theory is in fact real.

Nice video. Here in England many moons ago we used to have milk deliverd to the door step and one day someone noticed a hole in the top . They later observed a blue tit had made the hole and was drinking the milk. This started at one end of the country and rapidley spread throughout the whole country in a matter of weeks. The 100th monkey theory was to do with polluted food and teaching a few monkeys to sanitise it before they ate. The monkeys that did exponentially influenced others around them. Around when the hundredth or so monkey began doing it, the entire local population of them began doing it with no prior vision to the habit of any of the ones who did.

It wasn't to do with washing hands and did not include every one of the species across Earth.

Evidence for the hundred monkey theory seems lacking when it is noted that Pax Americana is replicating Pax Roma. There is zero evidence indicating evolution of the human psyche. Ie. Plato's cave story.
