Mary "Molly" Hoff, 94, passed away on November 7, 2010 at home in Franklin, New jersey with her loving family by her side. She previously resided at 10 Gall Ave in Elmwood Park for 70 years. Mary was born in Passaic, New jersey on October 15, 1916. She was predeceased by her husband Ray Hoff and six siblings and is survived by her three children, Duane Hoff of Maryland, Ken Hoff of Toms River, New Jersey and Wendell Hoff of Franklin, New Jersey, plus many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. A true Renaissance mother, she could bake a pie, make clothes, keep house, see us off to school, bandage our wounds, remove our splinters, and give us hugs. A child of the depression she told stunning stories(mostly involving trying to get enough food to eat) that should make us appreciate our "riches". After she had finished creating children, and they were grown, she created works of art in painting and sculpture and won many awards.
