@MrPandawesome i hope the anime is good the ova was amusing. i think my card is just a dud i saw lots of people getting like 970-1000mhz on the core id still recommend it over the other 6950s. i will still be getting a different card.

So I heard u like black rock shooter :P (they are making a tv series, it's coming out late januari or something)
sucks that it doesn't overclock though, I was thinking about that card as a back up plan if 7950 turned out too expensive..

hope you ordered a new mic as well.
and your problem is that you should have set "graphics processor type" to 1150mV in afterburner settings.

@PremchandNL nope no new mic also i tried that was one of the first things i did in fact but still nothing i tried lots of different voltage settings and drivers it was just a dud no big deal it happens got a better card for the same price so it all worked out.

my card is an poor OCer to (same as this one) Max core i get is 936mhz

@PremchandNL Evga gtx 560ti 448 cores classified got it at 900 core 1800 shaders and 2200 on the memory with only a .25 volt increase over stock.
