I saw a photo a few months ago that was incredibly difficult to look at. I thought it would be cool to make a video that's difficult to look at... not because it's disgusting or emotional, just because it tricks your brain a little. My homage to epilepsy.
The magazine I'm reading, Creative Cow, is a great resource for After Effects tutorials too.
