Note in the room where the video starts, I missed a First Aid Kit which is hidden in the front face of one of the crates. This game was apparently made for people who respond to any three-dimensional object with burglary.

Yes the spell does stop it from working. The first time I played this game I was pissed because I had to do that "hard" nitro run again. I mean I had no idea that symbol was a spell I thought it was just something painted on the wall lol.

By the way try not to spoil the game, because isn't one purpose of these videos is to be a guide? Guides don't reveal spoilers and I'm sure not everyone watching these videos has beaten the game (I'm referring to Malus being Dracula, as you said before too).

Ever since I began to play this game I had my suspicions that Malus is either Dracula or his son. IDK I never really finished the game.

So Carrie can smell blood in the torture room but she can't smell the blood on all those roses early in the game.
