  • A pity that we in America have very little knowledge about this great comic, I read that Kenneth was very much against any sort of work that would require his traveling to the US. Too bad, he was obviously quite talented!

  • @vrikey I don't think he liked to travel anywhere abroad/overseas, vrikey, so I don't think he had anything against the US. Joe Orton did manage to persuade him to go to Morocco with him, but that was for other reasons, and even then Kenny kept his suit on whilst on the beach! Ha ha!
