I tried to upload a few words from the resolutions passed at the Liberal Party's Federal Council early June, 2007 but got censored. Basically they say they want to promote nuclear as a solution for global warming and want to build a nuke dumping ground for other countries in this beautiful land i.e. ruin our health for generations for money into their pockets.

Apparently, there were no speakers against these two motions.

What they don't tell us is that 1) we will need to consume massive fossil fuels if we go nuke from excavation of uranium, refining, enrichment, operation of power stations to its end which actually does not end for billions of years, and 2) its adverse health and environmental effects when it's invisible with no odor for you to distinguish and avoid -- very convenient for them to hide and cover up any damage. And once it's out, there's no way to avoid it anyway, really. That does not exclude the case of us selling uranium to overseas. We'll contaminate our, their lands and eventually the entire world...

Going nuke is not the answer to the climate change.
It's all about $$$$$$ for a handful of business and political egocentric 'elites.'

They can work for alternative energy plants instead which wouldn't cause any hazard like radiation could. Also, when radiation can be the cause of cancer, do you really believe it can cure it? Search for apricot kernel.
