The rights are transcendent, in that they come from our empathy of others, and from the laws of the government, which originate as a result of said empathy.

A foetus is never part of the mother. It is a living being that lives inside the mother. This is what gives the mother a right to decide within reasonable limits - ie. it is not capable of independent life

Yes, as long as the "baby" is in the mothers womb it's not a child. A part of the mothers body. Even if it's just one minute before birth.

A newborn baby is like an amputated bodypart. It doesn't know anything about anything, and can't even focus it's eyes. Therefore, a baby is not a human being, and should be killed if the mother wants that. The mother should have that choise until the baby says it's first words.

Not to mention, and this is a well known fact that Fundie Fucktards underlook a LOT, there is no "right" to live inside, much less use, someone else's body against their will. No adult has that right, much less an insignificant embryo or fetus. Why is it that Fundie Fucktards have a hard time figuring out the simplest things according to law?
