@ilovedavedunlop if we know the rump/rear end has to stay back to keep our posture in place when we swing and keep things behind us (club/arms) then this is what we are after. Get too much weight forward on the toes and our balance gets unsettled and we end up leaning into the ball and making adjustments. Shark knew what he was doing
+1 Brad, the video and your response make the best explanation for why more weight needs to be there. Being an early extender, I can't believe I never thought of this.
Interesting to hear compared to the 'textbook' of having weight on the balls of your feet
