Works the same way on Vista and 7.

Since SEUS was updated unbranding was disabled in most cases. You can try to use some other CDA temporarily so that it maybe reflashes. When phone is once reflashed with SEUS, it can then be reflashed as many times with any CDA. When you reflash with that other CDA, reflash again with the one you wanted to at the beginning.
