Here is a great recipe for a green smoothie that satisfies a sweet tooth and is full of nutrition. I'm also giving some makeup tips.

  • Girrrrrl!!! Look at your guns. Lol you look great keep up the good work.

  • @MrsShelleybee Sounds good. I am going to try to incorporate more carrots and ginger into my smoothies. I did hear that eating/drinking smoothies with fruits/veggies with beta carotene will give your skin a glowing and naturally tanned complexion.

  • @kissurkids1 Your body needs some protein...and since I am mostly on a vegetarian diet (which does supply some protein especially if you eat a lot of spinanch, kale, collards, and brocolli) I am supplementing it with protein powder. I have tried almost every type of protein powder out there...hemp, brown rice, soy, whey, etc. and I like the taste and consistency of whey best. Try to look for a natural versions with no growth hormones, artificial sweetners and other ingredients.

  • Excellent!! I have a green smoothie every morning! and it does keep you away from the sweets. here is my recipe. 4 spinach leaves, carrots(about 1/2" length), 1cup orange juice, 1 apple, a fresh ginger to taste. Blend together. Enjoy!! Great start to my day and everyone says my face is glowing!!
