Benoît Caranobe Tribute Montage

This is my tribute to Benoît Caranobe, 2008 Bronze Medalist in the Men's Individual All-Around at the Beijing Olympic Games. Exactly one year ago from the post of this video, Benoît became the first Frenchman in 88 years to stand on the olympic podium for this sport. I made this video to commemorate his achievement in the Men's All-Around, as well as to thank him for his inspiration.

C'est mon hommage à Benoît Caranobe, la personne qui a gagné la médaille de bronze au JO Pékin 2008. Il y a exactement un an de la date que j'ai téléchargé ce clip sur YouTube, Benoît est devenu le premier homme français sur le podium du concours général depuis 88 ans. J'ai fait le montage de ce clip pour rendre hommage à son succès au concours général et pour le remercier de son inspiration !

This is a great montage :):) I think Benoit is a wonderful gymnast, but I wonder about 2012 for him? Is he maybe too old now? Or he will be then? He is fantastic though, one of my favourites :):) He really deserved the bronze medal. (And I should not say he is too old... people say Nastia Liukin is too old back in 2007! And then she wins the AA Gold in 2008! We will see for Benoit.)

Thank you for posting this. Caranobe's winning the AA medal was one of my very favorite moments of the '08 Olympics. :)
