It's a kwikfish. A lure resembling a banana shape. In slight to
moderate current it vibrates from side to side irritating the hell out of salmon or steelhead. K-15 refers to the size. K-16 being the largest. And k-4 being trout and kokanee sized. Can be fished as is our scented with scent it wrapped with sardine/herring/anchovies.

@sniperserg What is a k15?

its only cause people dont know how to fish for them. these fish are 1/2 to maybe 2 days out from salt. they would be aggresive as hell. feed them eggs either bottom bounced or on a bobber. sardines floated under a float. wrap a k15 with sardines. depending on the water and the current. it takes some figuring out to what the fish want. thats what separates the pro guides and snaggers.

There's a bit of difference between flossing and snagging there. I do agree with you, though. There have been days that I've fished this river and everyone had bare, barbed hooks. It's not a bad river, but it's by no means my favorite.

you make it look like its such a pristine river. This place is the craphole of Washington. Go to 51 seconds and watch the guy try to floss a fish on the bottom of the screen. Floss city. Lame video
