This is our good buddy Eriwn Paladino, who in 2003 was the lead arresting officer of the "Dairy Queen Dozen". The city lost that case of false arrest for the reasons seen in Eric Doub's statement in the CSaction video collection. This is video of that arrest 4 years ago, and some video and photos of the "St. Patrick's Day Parade" arrests, starring our good buddy Erwin, (take 2) in his latest embarrassment of the department and violation of policy, procedure, and protocol.

  • Where was the "brutality"? Listen to what a LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER TELLS YOU!.

  • @Ryno Well asshole, the courts decided that since Paladino was out in the county where he has NO jurisdiction, he broke the law. They decided that since these people dispersed outside the city limits when told to disperse that there was NO crime. The courts decided to drop all charges and find for the plaintiffs and the city lost. They made no ruling on cowards like you accepting a police state in America like in Germany in 1938, but I rule you're just the kind that sold out to the Nazis.

  • Yes, they were preparing to use chemical weapons like they had earlier, across town...the ONLY city in the US that used chemical weapons that day with millions protesting all around the world.

When everyone dispersed as ordered, went to get lunch, and use the bathroom before the drive back to Boulder, they were arrested, in the county, outside CSPD jurisdiction, on false charges that were dropped and the city lost the lawsuit.

Look idiot. These people DID follow what the cops said and dispersed. They left the area of the protest and even the city limits. Went to the Dairy Queen for lunch and were arrested standing in line for food. The cops LOST THE CASE IN COURT.

Question is are you sick of cops BREAKING THE LAW? or do you like a police state?

If you're too chickenshit to stand up for your own rights don't criticize those of us that do.

  • @Adeptmind I agree, they are pushing us law abiding citizens to the edge.

  • @Ryno782

People like you are proud little goody two shoes! You always were the "good little child" who tattled on all the other "bad little children" and learned early how to be the teachers pet. If you were around during the rule of the Nazis you would be the "good neighbor" who turned people into the government.

  • @Ryno782 Your an idiot, what if he told you to jump off a bridge, would you?

  • The police hurt my wife and I as we were traveling through Joliet IL police is armed & retarded runaround disguised as human beings they will kill or hurt you if given any reason or chance to do so all of them needs to be in hell with their father Satan it's obvious they are the enemy of all humankind ones that are dead are in hell with their father my wife and I only had one speeding ticket in our life we are not criminals like the police I hope all the son of bitches go straight to hell.

  • @Fshifty I think you are a cop, not intelligent one thou, seems you only understand lessons adressing use of force.

  • The Law enforcement officers sometimes over react, I'm not applying my comment to this video but I've noticed how for a little dilemma they have 30 cop cars and a chopper just because of a minor incident. Im just giving my opinion guys, don't go hating my comment, If your offended sorry.

  • Wow. "Do what a police officer tells you!" and "sick of people thinking our rights go above what a police officer tells you." Those are the two most ridiculous, ignorant and dangerous statements I've ever read. Is that what it says in the Constitution? What about all the Jews in Germany that "listened" to what the police told them? Are you saying that a cop has authority to strip you of your rights? Are you saying that if I cop tells you to do something illegal or harmful that you must comply?
