I like Robert Anton Wilson's take on it: We should define ourselves and our friends as the powerful ruling elite of our lives, instead of a faceless "they." To say that "they" are in control of my life is a losing script.

They are from alot of different places in the world at present.
But their heaquaters are primarily in old Europe eg. London, Paris, Rome.
The Rothschild family are at the very top of the elite, and they are based in London.
