Obama: families making $97,000 are "upper class" and should pay more taxes

Obama promised a tax cut for the middle class, defined as those making less than $250,000 a year. Then, in an ad, he said those making less than $200,000 would get a tax cut. Then Biden said the middle class were those making less than $150,000 a year. Previously Obama had defined those making more than $97,000 a year as the "upper class"... Watch as the definition of middle class keeps changing in Obama's world view.

Only 6% earning above $97k. It is a statistical fact. The 10% wealthiest is often considered among the upper class. They just don't feel that way because they have a talent for scaling up their expenses aswell.
