How To Make Guacamole

Guacamole is an easy to make Mexican side dish that can both served separately or with other food. This recipe would make enough Guacamole for four people and can be prepared in less than 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
Three avocados.
Half an onion.
One tomato.
One lime.
Salt, pepper and cumin.
Cilantro is optional.

TOOLS:
Blender or food processor.
Cutting board.
Knife.
Small bowl.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut the avocados in half, scoop the inside and place it in the blender.
Cut the onion in half and place place it in the blender too.
Blend the avocado and onion at low speed to create a paste.
Pour the mix into a bowl and Set aside.
Chop the tomato into small chunks.
Place the chopped tomatoes inside the bowl.
Slice and add the lime into the mix.
Add the salt, pepper and cumin to your taste.
If you like, chop and add cilantro to the mix.
Enjoy your guacamole with nachos or add to any dish.

TIPS:
Either leave the avocado's seed in the bowl or use citrus juice or acid to avoid avocados or Guacamole from browning. Keep in mind, it's best to finish your guacamole same day.
