hmmm...ich hab mich nur kurz damit beschägtigt. eventuell kann man noch viel runterschrauben - und ich hab gelesen das es unter direct x deutlich schneller läuft als unter open gl. künnte ich einma austesten.

and hes running mostly at around 25-30, it just slows down to under 10 when hes going to get the hostages

remember, its not a gaming PC but the little guy plays it somewhat well

Both using FRAPS and playing with bots should get you down to about 30~FPS.
