I largely agree but check out their Crossbreed 2 album for a touch of Broken Beats. They certainly do some decent Deep House stuff but I would hesitate to call it Acid Jazz as that's often something of a misnomer. There always been confusion with the 'Acid Jazz' record label taking far more credit than is warranted.

Nu-jazz, I wouldn't consider it Broken Beats. Kyoto Jazz Massive is nu-jazz and does some house/acid jazz style.
