Uniden BCD-996T

**This movie was better untill the filters on youtube got at it.. I'm sorry for the Quality!***
This is the Update promised, the last Video of my scanner was a BCT-8 I think. I've Upgraded to this and this is just a quick poor quality movie of the BCD actively scanning and getting signals. Also shown is the Start sequence (I think) and the color change Capacity from Dark green to light and the same with the red. I will at some point upload the Software portion of this so you can see how easy it is to program (not that is very hard alone)
and at some other point I'll be posting a video of this but of a better quality . so I thank you in advanced for watching.

Uniden or radio shack? What one is better for digital trunking ?

@weewoodeal I like uniden, they seem more rugged and will last longer, but thats my Opinion, both companies make good products

@weewoodeal I've never programmed a Radio Shack scanner, From what I've been told it's very easy, The same is true for the Uniden, and it's even easier with their software if you have the computer controls active,

I've done some Research on the XT, Looks like an interesting radio, I'm still trying to find out how it differs from the 996T but I'll find out... Post a vid of it if you can!

How do you program a System Talkgroup? I have the DEC & HEX, but don't know how to enter it.
