@1987billman I think 'nigger' is a hilarious word. Not only do I think it shouldn't be used in a hateful context, I think we shouldn't allow it to be used in such a way. I don't go around shouting it all the time because I am more mature than that.

@mibevan Mel didn't want to cast him originally because he thought Gene was too young-looking for the part. He hired an actual alcoholic to play the part, but the guy couldn't stop shaking and kept spewing up green shit, so Mel had to let him go and because Gene was desperate for the part, he gave it to him. :D
