The next morning at around 5am
Rachel hears her phone ringing...and ringing....and ringing, finally groans, rolls over and grabs for it, she looks at the name on the caller ID, smiles and answers the phone.

RACHEL: Monica!!! ok imiss you girl but its like 5 in the morning....
MONICA: MMMHMMM and??? lol no im kiddidng but hey what are you doing this week?
RACHEL: well nothing just unpacking probably and decorating the apartment. why?
MONICA: well my cousin megan and i are going on tour with the JB for a week or 2 and i think you should come with! it will be good to catch up, besides you and joe can hang out more, i know he had so much fun with you yesterday......
RACHEL: omg it sounds soo fun....you dont think joe would mind??
MONICA: hmmm here ask him yourself *hands her phone to joe who is excitedly jumping up and down on her bed due to downing 2 redbulls by 5am*
JOE: RAAAAACHELLLLLLLLL!!! PLEASEEEEE COME WITH UUUUSSSSSS!!!!!!!
RACHEL: *strarts laughing uncontrollably* hahahahahahahaha ok ok joe ill come, but you have to wind down ok?
JOE: OOOOOOHHHKAAAAYYYY!!!! RACHEL RACHEL!!!!
RACHEL: YES JOSEPH?
JOE: *speaks in calmer tone cuz kevin hasnt had his starbucks and looks at him like he may attack at any second* we will pick you up in 2 hours so be ready, k?
RACHEL: ok joe ill be ready, now im gonna hang up i have a lot to do.

7am on the tour bus, rachel just got loaded on and they are pulling onto the freeway. Nick and Megan are sitting at the table in the kitchen area eating cereal with frankie, mama and papa jonas are sitting on a couch discussing radio intervies, Joe and Rachel, are sitting together in the back room watching cartoons, and kevin and moinca are laying together in kevins bunk snuggled in a blanket since its cold in the bus and are watching a DVD, kevin lightly strokes her hair and she slowly drifts off to sleep, not knowing how grateful kevin was to have her in his arms.

Rachel notices that joe slowly moves closer and closer next to her on the couch he does this till thier legs touch. it makes her smile and she misses being this close to him. she still isnt sure if she can handle it, like last time she is unsure if the bond they have can make it through long distance, late night phone calls, and millions of screaming girls. she was even more afraid then she was last time.

*flashback to the week before Joe ever left NJ to live in LA
Joe and Rachel stand under thier tree in the park, joe qietly holds her and doesnt let her see his tears. but he cant hold them back when she begins to speak...

RACHEL: joe...i want to be with you too, but i dont think i can handle being this far apart from you. how can i hack it here by myself? im going to miss my best friend enough as it is, and if your my boyfriend...it would be so much harder.
JOE: come on rach...it isnt that far
RACHEL: joe its the other side of the country.
JOE:i know....i love you Rachel, i want to try though, cant we at least try and see what happens? after being friends for so long...dont we deserve it?
