Preston, Lancashire, in 1969. Amateur cine film of St George's Shopping Centre three years after its construction, Preston Market, the Salvation Army Building and the Bus Station which was nearing completion.

  • 3:11 - Look at Saul St Baths (Soul St ?) what a huge lego brick it was. That area around Lancaster Rd North looks quite charming and light & airy in this footage. The Court Building now lend an imposing shadow to the area with their high gates, Razor wire and CCTV
