This is a walkthrough for the jumpmap mp_cleopatra, created by |Master|.

It's a new project we're working on. Providing the people a walkthrough for most, if not, all jumpmaps we host on our website. The idea is to show what FPS is used, and also, tips for how to complete a specific jump (If any). This is only the first one, so obviously more will be added later.

A question.

When u do strafejumps u allways look at the floor. To my understanding you do that to keep the fps stable. But, its obvious that maps such as these (or even then normal cod maps) arent a problem for a good pc to keep the fps stable. So my other conclusion is that it somehow makes your jump longer when u look at the floor but im probably wrong. Is it just your jumping style or what? Enlighten me please.

@Soul5tream Half of it is to improve FPS (even on custom maps it can make quite a difference, particularly in large jump maps). The other half is to increase the rate at which you rotate. I could be wrong, but personally when I try and jump very far distances, I look right down when I strafe - if you look very far down then you rotate more for the same amount of mouse movement than if you look horizontal, so you can get more power in your 'flick'.

@INFECTEDTEAM100 you can pirate CoD4 (pirate basicaly means get it for free) and use xpadder to set up a PS3/XBOX controller with it and sort of have it for ps3 hope this helped :)
