thousands of the largest water polluters in the United States are outside the Clean Water Acts reach because the Supreme Court has left uncertain which waterways are protected by that law. As a result, some businesses are declaring that the law no longer applies to them. And pollution rates are rising. About 117 million Americans get their drinking water from sources fed by waters that are vulnerable to exclusion from the Clean Water Act.
This is a very "real" video. =p

Well, if the Clean Water Act were strictly adhered to, how could municipal water districts unlawfully poison the water supply with Fluoride without repercussion?

John Roberts, you made Ronald Reagan and Donald Rumsfeld proud, by effectively poisoning us.

@joe80dman This is a power play for the EPA.....you should see what they are doing in Oregon...they are redistributing the water allocated for farming for the Salmon. I'll send you a link.

@joe80dman the EPA is there to give the false impression that Gov't is doing something 'for' the people when in fact they are essentially rubber stamping the interests of Big Biz to ensure they continue to maximize that all important bottom line. As more and more of the peoples water is privatized we will see more and more abuse by Corporations, period. People in this country take clean water for granted. Half the damn world already doesn't even have regular access to decent water.

So, what in the hell is the EPA for then? Is the EPA just another tool to restrict some, and yet allow others depending upon campaign donations? Is the EPA only to restrict, and terrorize, the individual citizens now, while allowing corporate entities carte blanche?
