Wow excellent review. Out of all the big name critics that reviewed this game yours really is the most honest. I couldn’t agree more Halo 3 was such a HUGE disappointment with both its single player campaign and online multiplayer. Ironically another lie is that it was the last game of the series, after 4 years they’re still continuing to pump out these mediocre games.

Halo two had a gay cliffhanger however it's campaign wasnt bad n it had good multiplayer maps

Halo three maps weren't bad either

Halo reach campaign is boring, enemies have way too much health, it's halo 3 with worse maps and it bans u for a while if u leave like 3 games

Also, hype like this an only be expected from Microsoft, who quite literally had Bungie's balls in a vicegrip at the time the entrie Trilogy was made. The game also wasn't really meant to be played for its "new features," all of which are extremely clever, IMO; they balance out the gameplay really well, considering the difference in pacing between H2 and 3. The campaign is certainly worth buying the game for, and is what it is; a Wrap-up, but an excellent one.

I actually have to disagree at some points.

All gameplay graphics will, for the forseeable future, ALWAYS be less than a pre-rendered trailer, and will always fall within the limitations of budget and the console itself. Not to mention, optimization. The music is actually EXTREMELY well done, better than any other game I've played. The clip you showed actually appeared to me as though you triggered the music and ran back to that spot to make it seem awkward.
